The subject of the order is the delivery, implementation and maintenance in the SaaS model of an integrated IT system intended for comprehensive handling of financial and accounting, HR and payroll, educational and administrative processes of municipal units. the Ordering Party's budget. The scope of the order includes in particular the delivery and provision of the System with a database on the Contractor's infrastructure, data migration from systems previously used by the Ordering Party, conducting training users and the provision of technical support and service during the term of the contract. Notes: 1. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the recommendations and instructions of the Ordering Party, as well as in accordance with applicable laws and regulations technical knowledge. 2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract brand new, coming from the official distribution channel, complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, having the required technical parameters, meeting the standards required by Polish law and free from any physical and legal defects. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be delivered and brought to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. Transport takes place on cost and risk of the Contractor. The contractor is obliged to properly secure the subject of the contract during transport and is fully responsible for delivering the subject of the contract to the place of delivery.
