Authority for the Conservation of Nature and National Parks ("Authority") Public Auction (2-stage) Auction No. 2208-19 for Purchase of Inspection Ships for the Authority

1. The Nature Conservation and National Parks Authority requests proposals for the purchase of inspection vessels and the provision of warranty and maintenance services for them, as specified in the tender documents. The invitation is addressed to both women and men. For convenience only, reference was made in male language.

2. The period of engagement (warranty and maintenance) is one year from the date of delivery of the ships to the Authority. You will have an option to extend the warranty services (extended warranty period) for another four years, all or part of them at a time.

3. The tender documents may be downloaded free of charge on the Authority`s website, from the date of publication until the deadline for submission of tenders, as set out in section 6 below.

4. Prerequisite for participation in the tender: (1) A licensed dealer for VAT and with a tax deduction certificate from the tax assessor. (2) Proposes that he complies with all the terms of the Public Entities Transactions Law, 5776-1976; (3) proposes that he attach to his bid a bank guarantee for participation in the tender; (4) Offering a valid business management license under the Business Licensing (Licensed Business) Order, 1995, section 8.8D or a valid business management license under the Business Licensing (Licensing Business) 2013, Section 8.8D ; (5) The Bidder is an official importer of the proposed model manufacturer for each of the ships, at the time of submission of bids; (6) The proposed model to be supplied by the bidder complies with the tender and technical specifications attached to the tender documents. 5. The Tender Committee will rank the bids in two stages - in the first stage the quality of the bid will be determined and in the second stage - the bid prices.

Detailed bids, together with all required documents in accordance with the terms of the tender and according to the tender guidelines specified, must be physically submitted to the Tender Coordinator or anyone on his behalf at the Authority`s offices at 3 Am and Jerusalem Street, 4th Floor, until 07/11/2019, at 12 noon: 00, in an enclosed envelope without external identification for the tender box on the premises. The envelope should be noted: "Public Tender (Two-stage) No. 2208-19 for the Purchase of Regulatory Ships for the Authority."
