3.1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new and original consumables: inks and toners for the Tarnowo Podgórne Commune Office, specified in detail in the price form (Appendix No. 2). Quantities of materials specified in the description of the subject of the order are estimated quantities and may change. The purchase and delivery of materials will take place successively according to the current needs of the Office. The contractor will be obliged to deliver the materials within the time specified in the offer, counting from the date of submission by the ordering party by e-mail, using his own transport to the seat of the Commune Office in Tarnów Podgórne. Delivery of materials within one month based on the WZ document, settlement based on VAT invoices once a month. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the quantity and assortment of the subject of the contract depending on demand.3.2. Brand new materials are consumables made of 100% new components, previously unused, not regenerated, not remanufactured, not recycled, without any traces. damage, in brand new manufacturer's packaging with no traces of opening, with all security features...
