A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the order is the purchase of hardware and software along with delivery, installation, configuration and implementation under the Cyberbezpieczny Samorząd program. Delivery is carried out within grant project titled The development and improvement of cybersecurity at the Wymiarki Commune Office and the Social Welfare Center in Wymiarki under the Cybersecure Local Government Program is co-financed by the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 Program (FERC) in accordance with grant agreement no.: FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/2389/FERC.02.02.CS.01-001/23/2024. The ordering party requires that the offered devices be brand new, unused, unregenerated and complete. The equipment must be free from any physical and legal defects, technically functional and must come from an authorized distribution channel. The offered devices cannot come from an exhibition or exhibition, they must be complete, with the cables necessary for operation, with appropriate software, and have the legally required approvals and certificates.
