The subject of the order is the purchase of hardware and software along with delivery, installation, configuration and implementation as part of the Cyberbezpieczny Samorząd program. The delivery is carried out as part of the grant project entitled Development and improvement of cybersecurity at the Wymiarki Commune Office and the Social Welfare Center in Wymiarki under the Cybersecure Local Government Program is co-financed by the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 Program (FERC) in accordance with the grant agreement no.: FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/2389/FERC.02.02.CS.01-001/23/2024. The Ordering Party requires that the offered the devices were brand new, unused, unrefurbished, complete. The equipment must be free from any physical and legal defects, technically functional and must come from an authorized distribution channel.
