Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase of hardware and software along with delivery, installation, configuration and implementation as part of the Cyberbezpieczny Samorząd program. The Ordering Party requires that the offered devices be brand new, unused, unrefurbished and complete. The equipment must be free from any physical and legal defects, technically functional and must come from an authorized distribution channel. The offered devices cannot come from an exhibition or exposition, they must be complete, including the equipment needed for operation. cables, with appropriate software, has the approvals and certificates required by law. When describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words or equivalent.
