III. BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES:
DOT NIR will procure functional, operational, and brand-new ICT equipment to support the various operating units in effectively carrying out the duties, projects, and programs of the Tourism Division and Regulation Division. This procurement aims to ensure the delivery of efficient, reliable, and high-quality services to tourism stakeholders and the general public.

ICT Supplier and Repair Services shall provide and render the following:
