Description : The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the PURCHASE OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR DAILY OPERATION USE OF BPLO AND TREASURER'S OFFICE of the TREASURER'S OFFICE through SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT (SECTION 34) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
All interested suppliers/distributors are hereby invited to submit their lowest price quotation for the item/s described herein, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations shall indicate the shortest delivery period and must be duly signed by the supplier or their authorized representative.
Submission of quotations shall be made not later than JUNE 1, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at the BAC Secretariat Office, 3rd Floor, Calinog Government Center, Quezon St., Brgy. Poblacion Ilaya, Calinog, Iloilo, upon payment of the RFQ Form in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (₱500.00).
