Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ICT EQUIPMENT
1. The LGU-Garchitorena, through the General Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred NinetyThousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos (Php 590, 888.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Purchase of ICT Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Garchitorena now invites bids for the Purchase of ICT Equipment Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within Three (3) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
