Haminakotka Satama Oy ("contracting entity" in the future) will request your tender for the purchase of icebreaking services.
In addition to icebreaking tasks, the service provider has the ability to participate in the port fire and for oil spill activities to the extent allowed by the service provider's equipment. The subscriber orders fire and oil spill operations from the selected service provider if necessary. The same prices as the icebreaker services under procurement are subject to fire and oil spill activities.
