Purchase of an IBM TS4300 tape library Purchase of an IBM TS4300 tape library or equivalent solution with technical service. 1. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) delivery of a tape library along with installation, configuration and commissioning and manufacturer's warranty for a period of 36 months; 2) supplies of magnetic tapes with barcode; 3) provision of the Technical Service for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance report for the delivery of the tape library, 2.Item delivery the order together with installation, configuration and commissioning as well as the manufacturer's warranty will take place on the Business Day agreed by the Parties within 35 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
