1. The subject of the contract is the supply of hydrogen fuel for hydrogen-powered buses, divided into three tasks:
1) Task No. 1 - hydrogen supply for PKM Katowice, in the amount of up to 225, 000 kg;
2) Task No. 2 - hydrogen supply for PKM Tychy, in the amount of up to 520, 000 kg;
3) Task No. 3 - hydrogen supply for PKM Świerklaniec, up to 690, 000 kg.
