Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechanne "Belma" S.A. We invite you to submit an offer in the purchasing procedure. Please find attached the necessary documentation. The offer should be placed on the Purchasing Platform as attachments proceedings. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order. Formal requirements: 1. The contractor will prove that the supplies of at least 4 presses with a strain gauge system for measuring the applied force and their service have been completed on in Poland within the last 3 years. 2. The contractor will have delivered a total of 5 welded press frames in Poland with a main cylinder pressure of at least 400 tons, also including a lower cylinder with a pressure of at least 30 tons, completed in within the last 3 years.3. Service availability and its reactivity, which in the event of a failure allows the press to be restored to full functionality within a maximum of 48 hours4.
