CZ NO. 1 Mon. Conference service in Bydgoszcz. The subject of the order as part of the basic order in part No. 1 is the rental of rooms for the organization of 31 meetings in Bydgoszcz for min. 200 - max. 480 participants and provision of catering services for participants. Under the option right, the Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the order in the following scope: a) rental of rooms to organize 46 meetings in Bydgoszcz for min. 304 - max. 720 participants along with the provision of the service catering/gastronomy for participants, b) independent catering service for min. 60 people - max. 300 people (10 meetings) carried out at a place selected by the Ordering Party in Bydgoszcz, c) extension of the order completion date to December 31, 2027. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor and the subcontractor (if applicable) employ people on the basis of an employment relationship who will provide waiter service and prepare meals.
