The subject of the contract is the provision of hotel and catering services, conference for the needs of a nationwide conference, organized as part of the project entitled Tekla-a network of knowledge and cooperation in combating economic crime implemented by the Polish Program of the Internal Security Fund for 2021-2027, procedure number 78/BF/25/MR/FBW.The facility in which the services will be provided must have a minimum category of 4 stars in accordance with the requirements specified by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 19 August 2004 on hotel facilities and other facilities in which hotel services are provided (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017r. item 2166); and to be at a distance of not more than 5 km from KWP in Łodź ul. Lutomierska 108/112, 91-048 Łodź, counting in a straight line according to Google Maps. The subject of the contract was described in detail in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
