Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase of a holmium laser and the successive delivery of reusable fibers for the holmium laser. A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the Ordering Party's requirements and quantity is included in the order. No. 2b to SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). The contractor will complete the tasks indicated in the aa. No. 2b to SWZ items, confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The offered order items must be brand new complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from material, construction and legal defects. The offered items must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems will indicate trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
