Conclusion of a license purchase agreement for HikCentral system licenses. Within 10 working days after the entry into force of the contract, the right to use the licenses must be transferred electronically and access to the licenses must be provided at the same time. THE license set ensures the operation and integration of the camera system, access control modules and license plate recognition subsystem into the currently operating Hikvision-based infrastructure. Individual specified in the call for tenders and public procurement documentation a reference to a type of thing or a reference to a trademark was made necessary by the clear definition of the subject of the public procurement, but AK accepts an equivalent thing, a marked product in connection with all individually marked things or trademarks also a substitute solution with the fact that, in case of doubt, equivalence must be proved by the tenderer (AT).
