Short description of the procurement : buying high quality technical liquid 100% sodium hydroxide. procurement volume: estimated quantity of 4, 580 tonnes. the exact volume will be determined according to production needs and orders (for the sake of clarity: the buyer does not guarantee a certain quantity of the goods, but orders it as needed). the approximate cube is180 tonnes.support period: 16.05.2019 - 30.04.2021 The buyer will enter into a framework contract with up to 5 sellers as a result of public procurement 206596 and, if necessary, will arrange a mini-competition (hereinafter referred to as the tender) between these sellers for binding price quotations and a sales contract.Under the terms of the contract and the best bidder, the seller is obliged to sell the goods to the buyer in accordance with the terms of the tender submitted, the price and the terms of the contract of sale and the framework contract.
