This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders, but a request for information with which the Länsi-Uudenmaa welfare region initiates a market dialogue and finds out the suppliers' interest in tendering for the procurement of high-efficiency pumps. Länsi-Uudenmaa welfare region acquires 1-2 high-performance portable fire pumps for the use of the rescue service of Western Uusimaa, the so-called high power pumps. The purpose of the procurement is to improve the readiness of the firefighting water supply of the rescue service of Länsi-Uusimaa. The pump can also be used in moving large amounts of water in flood control tasks and in other tasks where abundant water production or water transfer is necessary. The procured pumps must be installed in trailers that can be easily moved as units with the most common vehicles of the rescue service (rescue, crew units and possibly also ATVs). The pumps must be as easy to use as possible and they must also be movable by crane and helicopter. Crane and for helicopter transport, the pumps must be easily removable from the trailers. The anticipated value of the procurement is a maximum of 300, 000 euros. The Länsi-Uusimaa welfare area does not commit to certain procurement quantities during the contract period.
