1) The Municipal Government of Paoay, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (P 21, 440, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of heavy equipment for use in infrastructure development, road maintenance, disaster response, hauling operations, excavation works and other engineering-related activities of the Municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
