1. The Municipal Government of Cajidiocan, Romblon intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS and 00/100 ONLY (PHP 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF HEAVY DUTY DRUM FAN - MO, CAJIDIOCAN, ROMBLON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
