The Barangay government of Barangay San Isidro, General Santos City hereby invites interested bidders/suppliers registered by the G-EPS and accredited supplier of General Santos City for Eligibility and to Bid for

PROCUREMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE

I. EACH 11 COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE Php 363, 000.00

Supplier may submit partial bids for the above item/s.

Official copies of the Bidding Documents shall be available to those who are interested to participate upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P 1, 500.00 for the Bid Documents. Prospective bidders are hereby informed that the last day of submission of bids shall be at 9:00 in the morning of April 29, 2019. Opening of Bids shall follow at 10:00 in the MORNING, BAC Office, Barangay San Isidro Session Hall.

Bidders are required to submit audit financial statements duly stamped -œreceived- by the BIR on its duly accredited and authorized institution pursuant to circular no. 01-2004 of GPPB.

All participants relative to eligibility statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference/s, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of the RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

The Barangay Government assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid and also reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not the contract in situations set forth in section 41 of the IRR-A of RA 9184.
