Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in annexes included in this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of document scans, preferably in the form one PDF file. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Bidder is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 5). A signed scan of the agreement should be placed on the purchasing platform, and 2 original copies signed in person the contracts should be sent by traditional mail to the Ordering Party's address. The Confidentiality Agreement should include the date of conclusion of the contract and the company data on the first page. After verifying the contract, the Tenderer will receive Annex No. 1.2 to the Technical Specification. NOTE: The Ordering Party informs that in the event of having a signed GENERAL confidentiality agreement in accordance with Attachment. No. 5 The Contractor is not obliged to submit a new confidentiality agreement (valid from February 11, 2026).
