1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of hand-held fire-fighting equipment, i.e. sets for extinguishing grass and forest fires.2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. Everywhere the SWZ and its annexes contain terms indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is assumed that such an indication is accompanied by the words or equivalent, and the Ordering Party allows the Contractors to offer equivalent products, materials or devices. 4. Wherever the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and systems technical references referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, it is assumed that such a reference is accompanied by the word or equivalent, and the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. 5.
