Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Purchase of H2O Analyser and Integrity Tester.

The prices must be indicated in the Price list.

The tender contract is a framework contract without minimum or maximum.

The contract shall be handled as a unit-price contract, based on the list of unit prices and quantities actually performed.

The contract is for a list of unit prices submitted and signed during the tender process, covering all the services defined in the contractual documents.


E- Duration of the contract - Time-limit for performance of services

E1- Duration of the contract

For each lot, the procurement procedure will give rise to:
- A one-off contract for the purchase of the equipment and services within the warranty period.
- A framework contract for the purchase of associated services after the warranty period.

The contract for the purchase of the equipment will take effect from the date of signature by both parties until the end of the equipment's warranty period.

At the end of the warranty period, maintenance services, spare parts, etc., may be ordered by the Contracting Authority, under a framework contract with an initial duration of 12 months, tacitly renewable 5 times, each for a period of 12 months.

A decision not to renew the contract may be taken by the Contracting Authority. In such case it shall be notified to the Contractor by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at least 1 month before renewal date. The Contractor cannot refuse the renewal.

These services will be paid according to the services ordered and performed.

E2- Time-limit for execution of the work

The equipment covered by this contract must be delivered within a maximum of 36 weeks from the date of signature of the contract by both parties.

The equipment must be installed and qualified within 10 working days of delivery.

The Contracting Authority must be notified of delivery at least 1 month before the delivery date.
