The LGU - GABALDON through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “Purchase of Gumamela Plants and Hawaiian palm use for Gabaldon CLIMB” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
