1) The Municipal Government of Laurel through the Annual Appropriation Program intends to apply the sum stated hereunder to payments under the contract for the aforementioned project:
PROJECT : PURCHASE OF GROCERY ITEMS FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM

ABC : 6, 138, 900.00
CONTRACT DURATION : 180 CD
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Laurel, now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days.
