1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of
TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TEN PESOS ONLY
(PhP2, 917, 110.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF GROCERY
ITEMS FOR SFP 16TH CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION (C.Y. 2026-2027) / NJQ-GOODS-06-2026-030. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery
of the Goods is required WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least
TWO (2) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The
