PSWDO, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure

Grocery Items shall be procured through the
Small Value Procurement in accordance with
RA No. 12009 as reflected on BAC Resolution No
SVP-10-20-01.
Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, signed by you or
