Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF GROCERY ITEM (RICE)
1. The Barangay Government of Ligaya, in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, through the 1% Senior Citizens/PWD Fund, intends to apply the sum of seventy-seven thousand two hundred eleven pesos and ninety-eight centavos only (77, 211.98), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and is duly approved by the respective Sanggunian, to payments under the contract for the following procurement project Purchase of Grocery Item (Rice), this barangay, with the following specifications, to wit:.
DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT
Rice, 25 kilograms per sack 53 sacks
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Ligaya now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required three (3) calendar days from the work commences. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules ...
