FOR
PURCHASE OF GREENHOUSE START-UP KIT FOR DAR PROJECT
1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the TRUST FUND - 2023 intends to
apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY PESOS (PhP278, 150.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the
PURCHASE OF GREENHOUSE START-UP KIT FOR DAR PROJECT / NJQ-GOODS11-2023-098. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN THIRTY(30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders
should have completed, WITHIN TWO(2) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of
bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in
the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
