INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF GROCERIES FOR THE 126TH PHILIPPINE CIVIL ANNIVERSARY
1. The City Government of Palayan, through the SPLF intends to apply the sum of (Php1, 483, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Grcoceries for the 126th Philippine Civil Anniversary. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.
2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for the Purchase of Grcoceries for the 126th Philippine Civil Anniversary. Completion of the project is required as provided in the Specials Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specifications as provided in the BID Documents. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
