Purchase of graphic services and printing services for Norsk Vann Norsk Vann BA will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of printing services and associated production services. The agreement includes both printed and digital deliveries, and must cover needs related to publications, professional communication, courses and events. The contract includes, among other things: - Production of the trade journal Vannspeilet, from Word file to ready-made PDF and printed magazine, 3 times per year, normally up to 52 pages, (cover plus 48 pages). - Course booklets and course material, layout, printing and completion. - Brochures, conference program and information material. Design, preparation for digital publishing and printing, (varying circulation 200-1000 copies 4-16 pages. - Annual report - Posters, banners, roll-ups. - Storage and dispatch of printed matter/books according to address list. - Production of subject reports from Word file to finished PDF file/and possibly printed report. Typically 50-200 pages. Possibly digital report where content is searchable and can be published on our websites. Printed editions vary and we want to constantly reduce the need for printed subject reports, and want the subject reports to be search-friendly, downloadable and can be printed out by the downloader. The tenderer is asked to read the requirements specification carefully.
