Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of Goods for Food for Work Program in IP-s Community
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the General Fund (Food for Work and Assistance Program) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 395, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Goods for Food for Work Program in IP-s Community / sjom-goods-0071-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
