Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement as an alternative Mode of Procurement specified and prescribed under Rule xVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 - Small Value Procurement, of the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A- (IRR-A) of Republic Act No. 12009 (RA12009), otherwise known as New Government Procurement Act.
