The municipality of Grimbergen is looking for a new GIS solution. This solution is two -fold: on the one hand to support the internal services of the board, on the other hand to better inform its residents. For the internal support it is about: 1. Consulting geodata and updating via made up counter/environment/…; 2. To consult tax and current cadastral information; 3. Automatically enrich and further process requests from the real estate information platform; 4. Simply test the necessary geodata in the context of permit applications; 5. Make applications available to employees via mobile phone/tablet to support their duties, often but not exclusively for checks from/on the public domain (green maintenance, roads, enforcement, sewerage, public cleanliness, etc.); 6. Supporting asset management and reporting management by adding a geo-component (visualizations of Locations of reports, of present assets at a location, etc.) that can be integrated with the current operation of the board. The externally focused Liege must allow the board to make environments/counters/… aimed at citizens to make a selection of geodata available (consult) via An online environment/website. The use of this environment/website can ideally be monitored per counter (number of hits, duration of visitors, etc.).
