Purchase of Generator Set
1. The Bids and Award Committee of Barangay Sto. Niño, Mahaplag, Leyte, through the 5% BDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of PhP 100, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Generator Set. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Award Committee now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery for the Purchase of Generator Set to be delivered at the Brgy. Sto. Niño, Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
