The Municipal Government of Binmaley, Pangasinan through the Office of the Municipal Engineer (Capital Outlay) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Pesos (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF GENERATOR SET FOR ANNEX BUILDING AND MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (E-CENTER) WITH GENERATOR HOUSE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
