PROJECT ID NO. HILONGOS GF-2026-08-073
1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION-70% OF 5%-MDRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (Php599, 940.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF GENERATOR SET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos now invites bids for PURCHASE OF GENERATOR SET using the Proportionality Principle (Fit-for-Purpose Approach). Delivery of the Goods is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
