Tender Details

The subject of this public contract is the supplier's obligation to hand over the goods to the client (this is mainly, but not exclusively, a convection oven for a pastry shop, a convection oven for a brewhouse, refrigerators, induction cookers, dishwashers with recuperation, output and storage tables, folding tables, etc.), which meet the minimum technical parameters listed in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation - product specification, with all components and accessories. The goods must be new, unused, original. At the same time with the goods, there will be contractors all necessary documents (in particular, but not exclusively, declaration of conformity, warranty card, instructions for use, etc.) in the Czech language have also been delivered. Part of the subject of performance is the handing over of the goods at the client's headquarters in Prague Castle and Lány Castle - according to the specification listed in Appendix No. 1 Tender documentation, installation of the goods and their commissioning (including the initial electrical inspection) - at the place designated by the contracting authority. The subject of performance is also the uninstallation of the client's existing equipment and its ecological disposal (this is devices that will be replaced by devices supplied by the selected supplier). The subject of performance is also the performance of a service (inspection) inspection of the delivered goods (mainly, but not exclusively, checking the functionality, settings, carrying out the adjustment of the goods, etc.) before the warranty period expires.
