Tender Details

Purchase of a gas chromatograph for testing water samples as part of water quality monitoring. The subject of the order is the supply of a gas chromatograph with ECD and MS detectors and a Purge&Trap attachment. Detailed list of equipment and required equipment parameters of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - Assortment form/description of the subject of the order. The contractor will provide free training - at least 3 times, 2 days of training in the use of hardware and software and support application. Warranty for the device min. 36 months from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol. The Ordering Party requires the contractor to provide authorized warranty and post-warranty service. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to work throughout the entire duration warranty - once a year, he performed free technical inspections of the gas chromatograph with ECD and MS detectors along with the Purge&Trap attachment, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations throughout the warranty period, along with free replacement of all materials consumables. The contractor will perform additional free technical inspections after the warranty period: - the first one after one year from the end of the warranty, - second inspection two years after the end of the warranty. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with free access to software updates. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of brand new equipment - manufactured in 2026, from mass production, free from physical and legal defects, with the approvals and certificates required by law...
