The Simi network announces a request for commercial proposals for the purchase of LD 120l 20pcs garbage bags 1. Purchase subject and volume of LD 120l 20pcs garbage bags in the amount of 6, 000 rolls/month The volume is indicative and is not the Customer's obligation to purchase. Order are carried out at the request of the Customer. Reference: Garbage bags 120 l 20 pieces or equivalent with no worse characteristics. The participant offering the equivalent submits a comparative table of conformity. 2. Product requirements Made of LD-polyethylene, 21μm thick, dimensions 70cm*110cm, volume 120l, quantity in a roll of 20 pcs. The product is new, in factory packaging, with markings. Accompanying documents are attached to the delivery: certificate of conformity / quality passport. 3. Sample testing The participant provides 10 samples of the offered product within the terms determined by the procurement schedule. Delivery of samples — at the Participant's expense. The samples are checked under the Customer's operating conditions. The result is formalized in an act. Successful passing of the test is a mandatory condition for admission to the second stage, which is an order for a trial batch in the amount of 1000 pieces of products. Only tested goods are allowed for delivery. 4. Commercial terms The price is indicated in UAH with VAT. Only proposals from VAT payers are considered. DDP delivery at the expense of the Supplier: Client's RC, Lutsk. Payment: conditions offered by the Participant; priority is given to offers with deferred payment. Delivery time: no more than 7 calendar days from the date of the order. Contract: standard form of the Customer, signing through the electronic service document circulation On time within 7 calendar days from the end of the tender. 5.
