1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery to the Ordering Party of one set of system (device) for prostate fusion biopsy with MRIUSG image fusion for the Urology Operating Room - CDU, together with installation, commissioning, staff training and warranty, including additional functions declared by the Contractor in part B of Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ - Technical and operational parameters form (General Conditions and parts A-D), which the Contractor completes and submits as part of the offer, and the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ).3. The description of the subject of the order does not contain trademarks, patents or indications of origin (Article 99(4) of the Public Procurement Law). The subject of the order was described by specifying the requirements regarding functionality and minimum parameters (Article 101(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Law).
