This letter serves as a formal justification for the proposed procurement of furniture intended to enhance the operational efficiency and service delivery of Barangay Concepcion Pequeña.
As part of our continuing efforts to improve public service and provide a conducive working environment for barangay officials, staff, and constituents, we have identified the urgent need to acquire the following furniture items:
• Office tables and chairs for administrative personnel
• Filing cabinets for secure document storage
• Conference table and chairs for meetings and consultations
• Waiting area seating for constituents
• Shelving units for barangay supplies and records
These items are essential to support the day-to-day operations of the barangay, particularly in the implementation of programs related to health, education, peace and order, and community development. The current furniture inventory is either insufficient or in poor condition, which hampers productivity and the delivery of basic services.
