Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of fuel for the needs of the Kodzko Commune and organizational units, in the estimated quantity according to the following assortment: a) Diesel oil (ON) appropriate to the season (summer, transitional, winter) 65, 200 liters b) unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) 15, 200 litersc) unleaded petrol (Pb98) 500 litersThe place of delivery is gas stations located at a distance of no more than 10 km from the ordering party's headquarters. The Ordering Party does not plan to store fuels in its own tanks. Fuel offered must meet the requirements specified in the Polish Standards for liquid fuels. Invoicing will cover: - collective, for the settlement period in the case of a non-cash purchase. - each cash purchase of fuel. The invoice will be collected each time in the case of a cash purchase by employee, authorized person (driver) or village mayor or delivered by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's office, in the case of non-cash purchase, after making the purchase or after the end of the settlement period.
