Tender Details

Purchase of fresh meat for catering and trade according to the specification from the Cost Book for each group. The offered goods must comply with all valid regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU in terms of quality and health, and meet the required provisions - conditions from the Procurement Documentation. Delivered fresh the meat must not be subjected to any preservation process other than refrigeration. The same must be delivered within 48 hours of slaughter, since it is a high-risk food. The temperature of the food during each delivery of goods must correspond to the permitted temperature for a specific type on the declaration products. Delivered carcasses and halves must be properly marked, all in accordance with the current Rulebook on the classification and marking of beef, pork and sheep carcasses and the marking of meat originating from cattle less than 12 months old. The label must be resistant to damage, easily readable without the possibility of changing data on it. The selected Bidder is obliged to submit four times a year proof of the healthiness of food, which includes evidence that the food is healthy according to the following laws: the Food Act (Official Gazette 18/23), the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological criteria for food (OG 83/2022), the Law on Contaminants (39/13, 114/18) and other relevant laws for a certain type of food.
