Tender Details

The subject of the public order is the purchase of foreign books to supplement and update the library fund of the VH library (according to the item only) according to the Price Consideration of the offer listed in the application. 1 of the draft Purchase Agreement, which is the subject of this invitation and its delivery to the buyer to the city in accordance with paragraph 5.3 of the draft Purchase Agreement. Zbo must be new unused, undamaged, unrepaired and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
The buyer requests a warranty for the quality of the product for a period of 24 months.
The purchase price includes VAT, and includes delivery to the city.
This offer is subject to the VZMR contract and must be attached and filled in with the Draft Purchase Agreement including the area. 1 Consideration of the offer prices.
In case of failure of the qualified requirements listed in Article 3 of this Invitation, this is an incomplete offer and the supplier will be bound before the offer is evaluated!

The seller is obliged to issue a completed tax document (according to the Invoice only) within 10 working days from the end of the payment period together with an overview of the delivered goods.
235/2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended by the later regulation and according to 435 OZ. Accordingly, the invoice must contain the following data:
a) signed the contract, according to which takes place in full,
b) Military Historical State Prague, U Pamtnku 2, 130 05 Prague 3, which is the recipient,
c) identified by NS 124100, SML (will supplement in the Finnish version of the purchase contract).
The invoice will be delivered electronically to the buyer's mailbox ID ukbwcxd Invoicing (Ministry of Defense) and to the e-mail box [email protected].
The buyer is entitled to return the invoice without payment before the due date has passed a tax document that does not contain any errors or other defects in the content and the tax document must be acknowledged in the return of the invoice. The seller is obliged invoice - correct the tax document or make a new one. When returning the invoice - tax document, the original due date will be due and will be returned from the date of its return delivery to the buyer.
The completeness check of the delivered goods will be carried out at the place of fullness when receiving the goods. The bid price is the final price and includes all sales charges including transportation to and from the city is paid in accordance with paragraph 5.3 of the draft Purchase Agreement and is unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
Criteria evaluated
The contracting authority will only evaluate the offer of a supplier who meets the qualified requirements listed in the file Considered prices of the offer.

In the event of a price offer from a VAT non-payer, his offer price without VAT is the final price, i.e. it is not adjusted (does not respond).

I hereby agree to the terms and conditions in the draft contract and the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense in the version valid on the date of the public invitation to tender.
