BID PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS, shall be submitted to the BAC Chairman or BAC Secretariat on or before April 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and it will be opened immediately on the same day April 30, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., in front of attending bidders or their duly authorized representatives, COA and NGO representatives. The venue of bidding will be at the Barangay Hall, located at 2601 Paulino Street, Balut, Tondo, Manila.
