INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF FLU VACCINES
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under GAD FUND intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PHP 288, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF FLU VACCINES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite now invites bids for the above contract to be submitted at the BAC Office. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the BAC Office on or before the deadline specified in the Bidding Documents. Completion of the contract is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
