TECHNICAL TASK (SPECIFICATION) for the purchase of floor heating racks1. General provisions Subject of purchase: Floor thermal rack (thermal slide/rack). Purpose: Demonstration, short-term storage and maintenance of ready hot cooking, hot baked goods or fast food at catering establishments or supermarkets. Power supply standard: ~220-240 V, frequency 50 Hz. Quantity: 8 (eight) units 2. Technical and operational characteristics Construction type: Floor, open with front side (for self-service). Temperature mode: Regulated, within the range from +30°C to +60°C. Type of heating: Dynamic (forced convection) or combined. Ensures uniform distribution of heat on all shelves. Shelves: At least 3 levels of layout, material — stainless food steel. The ability to adjust the angle of inclination and the height of the shelves (preferred). Lighting elements: Individual LED lighting of each shelf to improve merchandising. Electronic control: Availability of a digital controller (thermostat) for accurate temperature setting and control. Case material: Inner lining — food-grade stainless steel; side panels made of heat-resistant glass. External elements galvanized steel x polymer coating (RAL 7021). Protection and safety: Automatic protection against overheating, environmentally safe thermal insulation (for example, polyurethane foam). Overall dimensions: approximately 700 × 800 × 1700 mm. 3.
